Douglas Tuman interviews Keith Weiner, CEO of Monetary Metals, a platform for products that offer investors a yield on gold, paid in gold. Keith shares why he believes in the gold standard and his reasoning for why he does not see crypto as capable of being a better form of money. Unfortunately Keith’s time was limited so Doug was unable to fully dive into Monero with Keith to explain the nuances of things like, Monero’s fungibility and tail emission, in comparison to gold, but perhaps this is for the best, allowing Keith to take a closer look at Monero before getting back together for a Part 2.
